16th August - All students arrive in Wells, Somerset (bus available from airports or London)

Music making commences in the afternoon on 16th August and we begin a busy daily schedule of rehearsals and performances.

20th and 21st August - Euroasia Competition Days

22nd August – Concert day at Wells Cathedral School

On the morning of 23rd August everyone will travel by coach to London, to St James’s Piccadilly.

23rd August - 7pm - Grand Finale Concert at St James’s Piccadilly London

Students can depart for home after the concert

Those who need to remain will  travel to University accommodation in London for an overnight stay before transferring to the airport on the morning of the 24th

24th August – All remaining students transfer to airport and depart
